Payment

Payment will be taken via PayPal, BACs, or Cheque, prior to despatch. An invoice confirming payment will be sent either via email or through the post. No wrappers will be despatched before the payment has been received.

Returns Policy

The Bakers Boutique will ensure every effort to maintain stock levels but due to the provenance of the goods there may be occasions that products will be out of stock for a limited period. When this is the case we will provide you with an estimated arrival date.

You have the right to cancel your order up to fourteen working days after the day on which you received the goods. Any request to cancel must be received within this timescale.

Unless the goods being returned are faulty, you must cover the cost of returning the goods to us. We will refund you the cost of any goods you wish to return (excluding original delivery charge). Any faulty goods should be sent directly to the manufacturers, and that information will be provided at that time.

Your Privacy

Personal information is private and therefore treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. We never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes other than within The Bakers Boutique. We may however, hold your personal details in order to process your order and/or maintain your account.

 

Shipping

 

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment notification. All orders are shipped either via courier, or by certified Postal Office services. If you require your order more urgently please contact us on 020 8333 1559 and we will do our best to expedite your order.

 

Wholesale Discounts

 

To qualify for the wholesale discounts the following order requirements must be reached:

Retails packs – 30 units
Bulk pack – 3 units

Further discounts are offered when ordering higher units.

 

For retail packs the following discounts apply:

• Between 150-299 units 5%
• Between 300-599 units 7.5%
• Over 600 units 10%

For bulk packs the following discounts apply:

• Between 40-74 units 5%
• Between 75-149 units 7.5%
• Over 150 units 10%
