Returns Policy

The Bakers Boutique will ensure every effort to maintain stock levels but due to the provenance of the goods there may be occasions that products will be out of stock for a limited period. When this is the case we will provide you with an estimated arrival date.

You have the right to cancel your order up to fourteen working days after the day on which you received the goods. Any request to cancel must be received within this timescale.

Unless the goods being returned are faulty, you must cover the cost of returning the goods to us. We will refund you the cost of any goods you wish to return (excluding original delivery charge). Any faulty goods should be sent directly to the manufacturers, and that information will be provided at that time.

Your Privacy

Personal information is private and therefore treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. We never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes other than within The Bakers Boutique. We may however, hold your personal details in order to process your order and/or maintain your account.

 

Wholesale Information

 

Please note this website is limited to wholesale orders only. There are minimum order requirements to obtain these discounts. The Distributors List will specify the stores and online websites from where smaller amounts can be purchased.
